Project no.1

A 4 bedroom family home in Carmel that is walking distance to all the downtown acitivities.  The owners were inspired by a sprawlingTexas Ranch that they had found. The challenge was condensing that style into a tight lot with minimal setbacks. We took elements of the original design and incorporated them to work with the lot constraints.  Metal (tin) roof was over the front and rear porch, and bumpouts and overhangs were located around the exterior. Indide an open floor plan on the main floor was the heart of the home with an ample kitchen, living and dining space. A home office was located at the front of the home. A large family room for movie watching and gaming and guest room with full bath where located in the basement with the master suite, the kids rooms  with jack and jill bathroom where all upstairs.

Project no.2

A carmel basement finish, with soft tones and muted pallete for a family with older children.  The owners wanted a sophisticated feel for their three teenage daughters to enjoy and also a space they could use. The main space had a t.v. and kitchen area and was flanked by a home office and wrapping center with good lighting and a game room for ping pong. A full bathroom was added to finish off the space, making a favorite area for the whole family to use.

Project no.3

A single family home for a  retired couple who are still very active and young at heart within walking distance of downtown Westfield, Indiana.  A cottage feel for the exterior was deceptively larger on the interior that featured main floor living areas and master suite and a large balcony upstairs overlooking the family room that lead to multiple bedrooms with a genorous bonus room. The basement also had a large entertaining space with a guest bedroom and full bathroom.
